Mr. McGoran joined Peer39 from Tacoda, where he was Vice President, Eastern Advertising Sales. At Tacoda he helped transition the company from a leading advertising technology provider to the Behavioral Targeting Advertising Network that exists today. Before Tacoda, he was with Knight Ridder Digital for ten years and served as Vice President, National Advertising, Real Cities Network. Mr. McGoran held positions of increasing responsibility related to Internet advertising and business development for more than 100 regional and vertical websites. Before that, he was Regional Vice President, Advertising, KnightRidder.com, and Advertising Manager and Director of Online Advertising at the Philadelphia Inquirer & Daily News.
