Jay is responsible for the design and delivery of NBC Universals Ad Sales and Marketing training – an organization that is responsible for over $9B in annual sales.  He also leads the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program at NBC Universal in the capacity of Business Program Manager.
 
Prior to this assignment in January 2008 – he was responsible for the design and delivery of GE’s corporate sales and marketing training for over 50,000 global commercial employees.  He shares a unique perspective in building commercial excellence from foundational application to executive level seminars utilizing external academia, consultants and senior executives at GE’s Crotonville and global learning locations.
 
A twenty year GE employee - Jay held assignments with various divisions of GE within their Advanced Materials and Plastics business including pricing, direct sales, field marketing, Six Sigma and Supply Chain leadership positions.  
 
He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Siena College, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a MS degree in e-Commerce from the University of Maryland University College and is a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
 
Jay sits on the Deans Advisory Council at Siena College and is a trustee of the Marketing Science Institute & chairs the Marketing Science Institute’s education roundtable.
