Learning & Development Manager, Microsoft Advertising
Kalees Rayner is a learning and performance veteran with over 8 years of deep expertise. She is currently a Learning & Development Manager for Microsoft Advertising’s Global Sales & Marketing Team. She leads a team of learning consultants responsible for the design & development of sales learning programs across a diverse set of roles, markets, products, and solutions with an end goal of driving top line revenue and increasing customer satisfaction. Microsoft Advertising is a critical strategic line of business for Microsoft and learning is a key lever for success in driving Microsoft’s leadership in the Online Digital Advertising landscape.
Prior to Microsoft, Kalees worked at Intrepid Learning Solutions, Inc. (Intrepid) as an Account Manager for the MSN Global Sales and Marketing organization. In Kalees’ key role at Intrepid, she provided strategic guidance and delivered high-touch consulting and operational services to her clients.
Kalees’ extended tenure at Deloitte Consulting in the Human Capital division was highlighted with management of a broad list of A-list clients including: Tektronix, Chevron Texaco, Blue Shield/Blue Cross Regence, Hewlett Packard, and the UC Davis Medical Center. She lead learning and change management programs across various industries with local and global scope.
Kalees contributes to the workplace learning and performance industry including publication in Training & Development magazine, participation in training organizations and associations, Training Webinar presentations, and sharing of best practices across the high-tech as well as search and display advertising verticals.
