Samantha Stetson
Content Director, Upstream Group
As Upstream’s Content Director, Samantha is responsible for “in-classoom” and “in-meeting” content for both the Seller Forum and Upstream Habitat.
She got her start in the Digital World in 1999 in New York City as the Traffic Manager for iWon.com, moving on to become the Sponsorship Channel Manager and in 2000 became the Director of Advertising Programs when iWon acquired Excite and became Focus Interactive. During this time Samantha served on the IAB Ad Sizes and Rich Media Task Forces.
Prior to living in New York City, Samantha had worked in Burlington, Vermont as an Account Manager and National Training Coordinator for IDX Systems Corporation. In 2004, Samantha’s love of Vermont called her back and she returned to IDX as an Inside Sales Representative. In 2006, IDX was acquired by GE Healthcare where she worked as a Marketing Manager up until joining Upstream Group in 2008.
Samantha grew up in Lake Placid, NY where she was a competitive figure skater and was elected to the Lake Placid Hall of Fame, eventually competing in U. S. National Championships. As a graduate of the University of Vermont, Samantha now lives in South Burlington, Vermont with her family. In her spare time Samantha teaches Bikram yoga.
