Samantha Stetson is an accomplished marketing & training professional with a 15 year track record of delivering results that exceed expectations and drive growth, profitability and value. Ms. Stetson’s domain expertise includes both traditional and interactive marketing and sales training. Over the course of her professional career she has worked with numerous sellers and marketers helping to develop their knowledge, skills and leadership potential. As President of S2Team, a Burlington-VT based digital strategy firm, Samantha is currently helping organizations plan and execute internal and customer events as well as develop and implement training programs and materials. Samantha has worked with companies such as Facebook, Meredith and ad:tech.
In addition to her work with S2Team, Samantha continues to plan content for the Upstream Seller Forum, a tri-annual gathering of 55 of the top digital sales executives in North America. As the Content Director for Upstream Group, Samantha was responsible for the design, development, quality and production of all content for Habitat, a groundbreaking training and networking event for top digital sellers from companies such as Yahoo!, Facebook, MTV Networks, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Cars.com, etc.
Prior to Upstream Group, Samantha was a marketing manager for GE Healthcare where she managed all aspects of the cross functional marketing team. She has consistently been ranked “top talent” and was nominated by senior management to serve on a small strategic team responsible for integrating 1500 employees into one division. During her time at GE she was awarded the 4I’s Sales Leadership Award for her impact on the business.
Samantha got her foray into digital arena in 1999 where as the Director of Advertising Programs for Focus Interactive (iWon.com and the Excite Network); Samantha served on the original IAB Rich Media Guidelines and Ad Sizes Task Forces.
Samantha grew up in Lake Placid, NY where she was a competitive figure skater and was elected to the Lake Placid Hall of Fame, eventually competing in U. S. National Championships. As a graduate of the University of Vermont, Samantha now lives in South Burlington, Vermont with her family. In her spare time Samantha practices Bikram yoga and is active in community and philanthropic affairs.
